If you have a bit of natural fabric you would like to reuse (old flannel shirts work well-use the sleeves) you can make a natural therapeutic pillow by sewing it up and filling it with flax seed, cherry pits, feed corn, whole wheat not wheat flour, uncooked barley grains or rolled oats. When finished, microwave for 1-2 minutes or put in freezer for a cold pack. Have fun!! Don't know how to sew? Learn to sew at on monkeysee.com. I did.
